The worst salesmen will tell the customer how good the product or services will be, talk talk talk and they never convince a customer to buy from them, because they are just an information or postman how gives the client a brochure….
Don’t be the sandwich-guy with leaflets and brochures in your pocket. Sell your product, sell the needs, sell the benefits, sell the savings, sell the profits. The best way to convince a customer is also with telling a story of your last customer who bought from you and what happened when they got your stuff. Not fake, but tell it real. Then you convince, because people like references. Stay as long as possible with your customer, you must close immediately. Don’t come back, because they will forget your story. When they are in the flow, let them sign on the line!
